About our services
Do you service systems you didn’t install?
Yes. Our maintenance, EV charger, and panel upgrade services are available whether or not we installed your original solar. If you inherited a system with your home or your original installer is gone, we can take over care of it.
Can you bundle services into one project?
Often that’s the smart move. Solar, a battery, an EV charger, and a panel upgrade share the same electrical work and permitting, so doing them together usually costs less and causes far less disruption than doing them one at a time.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in San Jose and serve the greater Bay Area — San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey, San Benito, and San Joaquin counties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Starlight Energy is a licensed and insured California contractor, CSLB #1132072. You can verify any California contractor’s license and status on the CSLB website before hiring.
